The NEMESIS I Supercharger Kit is designed around the Mercedes based Eaton M62 supercharger for the naturally aspirated 4-cylinder BMW N42, N43 and N46 Engines, filling a much desired gap.

This supercharger system supports a wide range of classic and Neo-modern BMW’s such as the E46 model as well as the E60, E81, E82, E83 X3, E84 X1, E85 Z4, E87, E88, E90, E91 models.

Pre-Order Product: This product is available on a special Pre Order discounted price. A minimum deposit of 50% is required for us to accept your pre order, the remainder can be paid when we are ready to ship. The estimated time frame of delivery is Late August – Mid September 2024.

NEMESIS I SUPERCHARGER KIT

The NEMESIS I was designed in Ireland between 2022 – 2023 by Werner Mayerhofer. This Supercharger Kit is designed to be used on the BMW 4 Cylinder N42 Engine with support for the N46 and N43. With full air to air intercooling support, this kit is capable of pushing the stock engine to its safe limits.

This kit comes with its own custom drive pulley, tensioner and independent belt drive which allows you to preserve all the original stock belt driven engine accessories as the alternator, power steering, air conditioner, all in their original position.

  • Complete Set of Brackets
  • Inlet and Outlet manifolds for the M62 Supercharger
  • Custom Drive Pulley (Replaces Power Steering pulley)

NOTES:

  • Stock M62 pulley will limit the boost to 7PSI with an air to air intercooler, For 12-14 PSI you will have to rebuild the M62 Supercharger with new bearings and use the Hyde Motor Works 60mm or 70mm Overdrive pulley made for the M62 Supercharger.
  • Currently the kit supports only the Eaton M62 Supercharger, future support will be added for the Rotrex C15 and C30. *
  • The Supercharger is not included in the kit unless ordered separately from us, you are advised to use the given part number for the supercharger and order the supercharger locally.

 

To complete the installation on any of the setups, you will also require the following additional parts:

  • Eaton M62 Supercharger (Mercedes variant only, check the technical specifications for part numbers)
  • an Intercooler Kit with silicone pipes and hose clamps (can be sold separately)
  • vacuum hose
  • an high flow air filter
  • a boost gauge
  • a recirculating by pass valve and
  • proper tune.

Eaton M62: 7-14PSI*

Boost will depend on the pulley used on the supercharger, we recommend rebuilding the supercharger with new bearings if you wish to run it with a smaller pulley!

Chassis Fitment & Engines

All BMW 4-cylinder N42, N43 and N46 Engines, found in the classic BMW E46 models as well as Neo-modern BMW's such as the E60, E81, E82, E83 X3, E84 X1, E85 Z4, E87, E88, E90, E91 models.**

Not all models of chassis have been tested, if you would like to check with us your chassis measurements before buying, please email us.**

Notes:

For compatibility, you must use small body M62 with the short snout and small body variant commonly found in the Mercedes Kompressor models.

The Stock M62 pulley will limit the boost to 7PSI with an air to air intercooler, For 12-14 PSI you will have to rebuild the M62 Supercharger with new bearings and use the Hyde Motor Works 60mm or 70mm Overdrive pulley made for the M62 Supercharger. We recommend always using an intercooler and having a built engine to handle boost over 10PSI to avoid engine damage and wear.
