Contact forms
If you send us a letter, email, mobile phone text or call us, we will have details such as your name, address, phone number and so on, which we will require to maintain correspondence, and should you wish to purchase anything, we would need that information along with additional billing information for completion of the purchase and delivery of goods. At no time do we share your information with a third party unless we are legally required to.
Mobile Theme
We have a responsive mobile theme and if its used it will store a visitor’s preference on viewing the mobile version of our site.
Sharing & Spam Prevention
When a social media sharing button is active on the site, information such as the sharing party’s IP address as well as the page URL will be available for each service, so sharing counts can be displayed next to the button. When sharing content via email (this option is only available if Akismet is active on the site), the following information is used: sharing party’s name and email address (if the user is logged in, this information will be pulled directly from their account), IP address (for spam checking), user agent (for spam checking), and email body/content. This content will be sent to Akismet (https://akismet.com/privacy/) so that a spam check can be performed.

Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Jetpack & WordPress
WordPress is our content management system while Jackpack is one of its plugins. Statistics from its a web traffic analysis tool collects IP address, user ID or Username (if logged in), user agent, visiting URL, referring URL, timestamp of event, browser language, country code. Payments
Payments can be made using Credit Cards, Paypal, Stripe, Bank Transfer, and any other secure payment gateway available on our shop.
While Bank to Bank transfers are done by your Bank to our account, they have their own policy and security measurements. We use third-party services for the payment processing of all other payments (e.g. payment processors). We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.
