P2 SUPERCHARGER 6PK PULLEY DRIVE CONVERSION KIT

Designed in 2025 by Kristjan Quinn from Australia in full corporation with K.C. Design Concepts in the USA. This Conversion Kit is made to replace the Speedmaster PCE P2 / Harbinger P2 Supercharger’s Machine COG pulley to use a more modern and robust 6PK Pulley.

INCLUDED PARTS

• 6PK Supercharger Drive Pulley (Press fitted to the P2 Superchargers Existing COG Pulley)
• Custom Pulley Guard (Replaces the stock Pulley Guard and allows more room for a 6PK Belt)
• 150 or 180mm Drive Pulley (Fits on top of Luke LF30 & LF20 power steering pumps found on most 90’s & 2000’s BMW’s)
• Full set of Fasteners (nuts & bolts)
• CNC Milled and Finished in Matt Black Powder Coat
• Guaranteed 18 months craftsmanship warranty**

MANUFACTURERS NOTES & DISCLAIMER

• The Speedmaster PCE P2 Supercharger (PCE157.1002) is not included in the kit unless ordered separately from us. You are also able to use the given part number for the supercharger and order the supercharger locally.
• Reusing original nuts & bolts from the Supercharger Pulley Guard is required. 
• Depending on the Supercharger unit, engine displacement and pulley used, it may see boost higher than 14PSI with an air to air intercooler, For most stock engines we suggest going with a larger Supercharger pulley to keep the boost under 10PSI for engine longevity.
• This will depend on the application, engine displacement, the pulley used on the supercharger as well as the crankshaft. It is suggested the customer does their own research what the Speedmaster P2 Superchargers are capable of and the engine they want to use it for. 
• To use the full potential of larger / more modern Superchargers, the engine must be built to hold high boost, the stock engine should not be pushed beyond 10PSI.*
