August 2020 Updates: The production of the HMW V4 brackets is complete. As well as we have finalized the prototyping phase for the V4 Eaton M45 & M62 based brackets. We will proceed with the delivery all ordered HMW V4 brackets within the next two weeks.

Oldtimer 1 a Supercharger project for the BMW M10 engine.

We have also finalized our next generation HMW KC SS Manifolds, The new Revision 4 Manifolds also called Rev 4 incorporates our larger intake runners with a bigger square air collector design and allows the mounting of the OEM fuel rail & injectors. The new manifolds are entering full production at the end of September and will be available again towards the end of November 2020.

There is currently an BMW M10 engine based supercharger project Titled “Oldtimer I” that has been under development since July 2020. This will be a modular setup that is meant to support multiple superchargers from our traditional line up. More details of this project will be revealed as its development cycle matures, currently we expect to release it to the public around March 2020.

Meanwhile our participation in the “2020 American Endurance Races” which was set to feature our M1 Kit, has alas been postponed to next year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. One of Phil Ehlinger’s team Tequila Petról members had suffered and survived the Corona virus infection. Hyde Motor Works wishes this team member all the best and full recovery.
