SUPERCHARGER KIT INSTALLATION SERVICE

This is an installation service offered by Hyde Motor Works through our authorized partners.

SCOPE OF SERVICE:

• Comes with 12 Months return to base Workmanship Warranty covering the instillation of a Hyde Motor Works Supercharger Kit, includes free diagnosis relative to our kit.
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse or incorrect installation of the product by the customer or over driving the product beyond its limits. All our terms and conditions apply.
• Customer must sign an contract and deliver the vehicle to our local partner, whom will inspect, take pictures and sign the contract upon reception,
• Usual time frame for installation is 3-5 months.
• Minimum of 50% deposit is required to start work, and remainder upon collection.
• Once the installation and requested tasks are complete, the car is tested and then if approved, the customer will be notified to collect or arrange collection of their vehicle.
• Hyde Motor Works nor its Partners take any liability or responsibility beyond the installation service itself. The contract given to the customer will supersede any requirements mentioned here.
• Customer is in charge of  all legal liabilities for health and property, insuring their car against damage or theft during storage or transport, as well as knowing & complying with all local laws and regulations.
• Customer must provide the required parts beforehand or cover any additional parts (Such as Bypass Valve, Inter cooler Piping, Tune) that we may require during / after the installation.
• Should there be any flaws or faults found on the vehicle prior to installation, we will notify the customer and find an agreed solution before proceeding.
