- Depending on stock availability, orders may ship from Germany, USA, UK or Australia;
- Orders within Germany maybe subject to additional German VAT (MwSt.) tax of 19%.
- I am legally bound to pay Hyde Motor Works the total amount, as shown in this invoice;
- I am fully liable for any customs' duties, import costs and taxes that incur with my order;
- I take complete responsibility for following and making myself aware of the laws and regulations which allow or restrict the import, possession and usage of these products in my state, country or region;
- Hyde Motor Works does not offer express or overnight delivery, unless pre-arranged otherwise;
- There may be a stand-down period of up to 7-10 days before orders are processed to be shipped out by the Hyde Motor Works logistics team;
- Hyde Motor Works aims to deliver orders within 3-4 weeks of receiving full payment, except for pre-orders and superchargers, unless pre-arranged otherwise;
- Hyde Motor Works also notifies all customers of orders shipped with relevant tracking information as well as parcels relevant to this order arriving from other locations;
- Superchargers that ship from Europe can have a shipment time of 4 - 6 weeks;
- Superchargers that ship from USA or Australia can have a shipment time of 4 - 8 weeks;
- Should there be any missing parts or damage in my order, I will contact Hyde Motor Works with pictures documenting the goods;
- If I change my mind after ordering, there may be a restocking fees and if the items are ready to ship, the shipping costs associated with my order may be non-refundable;
- In case of Returns & Refunds, I am responsible for returning all parts to Hyde Motor Works at my own expense. If restocking fees are applied and or shipping costs are deducted from my refund, I will accept the final decision made by Hyde Motor Works and I herby withdraw any rights to challenge, chargeback or bypass their decision through all means including involving my payment processor or my bank or credit institution. Failure to do so, Hyde Motor Works will have the right to hold me and any credit institution involved for aiding the breech of this sale agreement, legally liable to pay compensation;
- I must follow the correct Installation Guide associated with my product and consult Hyde Motor Works Support for installation help. Failing to install any product correctly may result in the product warranty being void;

- With the purchase of any products from Hyde Motor Works you are only allowed to utilize these for your own use. Neither may the products nor their intellectual property be resold to third parties. This usage license is for personal, non-commercial use only. With this purchase you may not:

- Attempt to or decompile, copy or reverse engineer any products, goods or hardware from the Hyde Motor Works website;
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the Hyde Motor Works products; or
- Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server;
- Resell any of the purchased Hyde Motor Works products.
- Should you violate any of these restrictions Hyde Motor Works will take legal action against you.
Acceptable Product Use
Hyde Motor Works makes performance-enhancing products that are by nature, designed to improve the vehicle’s performance that exceeds that intended by the vehicle’s original manufacturer. It can also negatively affect safety standards or emission output of the vehicle. The customer & clients are themselves responsible for ensuring the vehicle they use our products on meets local safety & emissions requirements.
However understand that working on cars can be hazardous. Please use our work at your own discretion. Fitment may vary on your car depending on the precision of the final engineering & mounting work (for certain setups) done.
Setups taken directly through Hyde Motor Works will guaranty the craftmanship and fitment of the final product. Beyond this we imply no refunds, nor do we take any responsibility to assist in fitment or cover any costs beyond that of basic correspondence through email, skype or phone when possible, nor can we be held liable for unforeseen issues such as but not limited to the damage of your or anyone else’s health, finances, car and property, environment or that of others from its production, application or usage.
Before purchasing and using Hyde Motor Works products, please review and comply with all regional, local, state and federal laws and regulations. Hyde Motor Works is not responsible should your final installation using any of our products does not comply with any of such laws and regulations.
Purchase Process
- Taking an order involves the client/buyer to either use the Hyde Motor Works official shop or get in touch with us directly, by phone call or email.
- We require the payments to be made to in full via the methods offered by us (Paypal, Stripe, Credit Cards or Bank Transfer).
- When purchasing Hyde Motor Works products we require that you provide us with a name and shipping address.
- Products will only be shipped once the full payment is received.
- We grant the buyer the right to use our products for personal use only.
- We may request pictures and/or videos of your installation of our products, to showcase them online and do so without prior notice.
All rights to any reproduction & usage of our products & design is reserved & only by written permission.

Product Pricing
- All prices are in the currency Euro (unless otherwise selected).
- Prices and specifications can change without prior notice.
- Goods brought directly from the Hyde Motor Works shop will have shipping prices calculated automatically, depending on your geographical location on top of the price of the goods.
- You can contact us directly and have a quote and goods to be invoiced directly where the prices and shipping can be more manually adjusted to your needs.
Orders & Shipping Completion
- We aim to ship all orders within 10 business days.
- We will be in touch throughout the process and let you know of any delays and an work out the earliest estimated time of delivery.
- We ship worldwide and if for some reason we are unable to ship to your location or the shipping prices vary, we will contact you.
- For international orders, import taxes, customs costs, duties and fees remain the responsibility of the customer.
- All goods are shipped with tracking information and once you have received the tracking information you can use it to track the shipment with the carrier.

Craftsmanship Guarantee
Our components are produced from high quality materials. These include: mild steel with very low carbon content (between 0.05 – 0.25 percent), aircraft-grade aluminum and carbon fiber. An extreme level of precision and accuracy is required during the design and manufacturing process. This employs the knowledge of highly skilled technical engineers using state-of-the-art laser cutting technology, water jets, autonomous welding robots, among others. Therefore we also like to provide a limited warranty on our craftsmanship.
- This Guarantee/Warranty is mentioned under each product and the period we cover vary from product to product; which is typically from 12 months to 48 months.
- Our product warranty covers our products used for any race and track;
- All defective products must follow the Product Returns Policy outlined below in this document.
- The warranty is however void if any products are subject to abuse, misuse, improper installation, any serious modification that we did not intend to design around.
- Horsepower/torque output numbers may vary from engine to engine and depend on the engine health, supercharger condition, any tune as well as the dynamo meter used. Although we will help in improving or diagnosing any performance issues, the horsepower/torque output would not be considered a valid claim to warranty.
Returns and Refunds
All our brackets and kits are made from high quality materials, produced in a factory with state-of-the-art machinery and finally quality tested by us individually before shipping out.
However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are a enthusiast friendly company, we’re here to help but we do have some rules to prevent our ill use.
- if you are not happy with what you have received or products are not as described or defective and you would like an exchange; you must notify us within 14 days of the products’ arrival. Such orders can be then returned under warranty; a new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund. This does not apply to pre-order products.
- but we cannot accept returns because a customer is having a change of mind after the first 14 days of purchase, nor can we accept returns for minor reasons as items being scratches during shipping or handling and as such;
- should you wish to cancel your order within a short time frame and we have already purchased shipping label(s) for your goods, then we may have to charge you the shipping costs;
- please note: some returns may have a restocking fee up to 20%, deducted from the original price and the original shipping costs won’t be refundable;
- and also note: all returns must be clean and well packed, and finally authorized with us before you send anything back for a refund or exchange.
Therefore to be eligible for a return or refund, please make sure that:
- The products purchase and arrival time frame
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product isn’t used or damaged
- You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) or Return Authorization from us
Products that do not meet these criteria may not be considered for return.
Products that have been fitted or used will fall under warranty, modifications done to a product without our approval or consultation voids all warranty.

Shipping charges
- Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
