V3.2 M90 SUPERCHARGER KIT<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Developed in house by K.C. Design Concepts and released in 2020, the V3.2 M90 kit uses the small body Jaguar \/ Aston Martin Eaton M90 Supercharger and is a compact option for the BMW M50, M52, M54, S50, S52, S54 engines.<\/p>\n

The V3.2 M90 Supercharger Kit is ideal for a daily street car as well as heavy duty track use. Currently available in its 4th generation, and utilizes the factory belt drive, which allows you to preserve all the original stock belt driven engine accessories as the alternator, power steering, air conditioner, all in their original position.<\/p>\n

      NOTES:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      • This bracket kit requires you to use custom shorter Hyde Motor Works <\/em>SR1 Manifold<\/a><\/span><\/em>. The stock manifold will not allow fitment of the supercharger.
        \n<\/em><\/li>\n
      • On the E46 and E38 and E39 you will be required to relocate your radiator reservoir or use a E36 or aftermarket radiator for space issues.<\/em><\/em><\/li>\n
      • The Supercharger is not included in the kit unless ordered separately from us, you are advised to use the given part number for the supercharger and order the supercharger locally.
        \n<\/em><\/li>\n
      • Different M62 and M90 superchargers may be retro fitted with the V3.2 M90 kits using the SR1 Manifold, however those are not officially tested nor supported by Hyde Motor Works.
        \n<\/em><\/li>\n
      • Stock M90 pulley will limit the boost to 9PSI with an air to air intercooler, For 12-14+ PSI you will have to rebuild the M90 Supercharger with new bearings and use any available Hyde Motor Works overdrive pulley<\/a> made for the M90 Supercharger. The stock engine should not be pushed beyond 10PSI.*<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        To complete the installation on any of the setups, you will also require the following additional parts:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        • Eaton M90 Supercharger with recommended accessories (check the technical specifications for part numbers)
          \n<\/small><\/li>\n
        • an Intercooler Kit with silicone pipes and hose clamps (can be sold separately)<\/small><\/li>\n
        • vacuum hose
          \n<\/small><\/li>\n
        • an high flow air filter
          \n<\/small><\/li>\n
        • a boost gauge
          \n<\/small><\/li>\n
        • a recirculating by pass valve and
          \n<\/small><\/li>\n
        • proper tune.<\/small><\/small><\/small><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
