W.M.D. 45 SUPERCHARGER KIT<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

The W.M.D. 45 stands for Werner Mayerhofer Designs. Originally designed in Ireland between 2021 – 2022,\u00a0 this Supercharger Kit is designed to be used on the BMW 4 Cylinder M44 Engine with support for the M42 and M43. With full air to air intercooling support, this kit is capable of pushing the stock engine to its safe limits.<\/p>\n

This setup comes with its own custom crank pulley, tensioner and independent belt drive which allows you to preserve all the original stock belt driven engine accessories as the alternator, power steering, air conditioner, all in their original position.<\/p>\n

      Anmerkungen<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

      • The Supercharger is not included in the kit and you are advised to use the given part number for the supercharger and order the supercharger locally.<\/em><\/li>\n
      • Stock M45 pulley will limit the boost to 8PSI with an air to air intercooler, For 12+ PSI you will have to rebuild the M45 Supercharger with new bearings and use any available Hyde Motor Works Overdrive Riemenscheibe, verwenden<\/a> made for the M45 Supercharger. <\/em><\/li>\n
      • On the older M42\/M43 Engines with the V Belt drive system, you must upgrade to the newer Micro V belt system from the newer M42\/M43\/M44 engines. Having the M44 Manifold is recommended for best fitment. <\/em><\/li>\n
      • On E30 you may have hood clearance issues, this is resolved by either lowering the engine or raising the bonnet.**<\/li>\n
      • Currently the kit supports only the Eaton M45 Supercharger, future support will be added for the Eaton M62. *<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
